薄壳山核桃优良单株种子及质量性状分析

摘要:
通过测量国内收集的35个薄壳山核桃优良单株的果实鲜重、果皮厚等形态指标和粗脂肪等质量指标,计算出仁率、果形指数和出籽率等,分析优良单株间果实与质量性状的差异。结果表明,单株间单籽重最大的是ZL57(14.55g),最轻的是ZL13(3.53g);出仁率最高的是为ZL58(58.726%),其次是ZL21(56.661%)和ZL11(56.350%),ZL56出仁率最低为26.208%;粗脂肪含量最高的是ZL11(75.95%);总蛋白和总糖含量最高的是ZL57(9.43%)和ZL12(15.30%)。6项指标综合评价90分以上为18个,得分最高的是ZL57,其次是ZL11和ZL61,是下一步重点考查对象,这些优良单株的果实性状与质量指标的测定与分析为选育当地适生的品种提供依据。

Evaluation of the seed traits of elite pecan (Carya illinoensis) lines

Abstract:
In this paper, the shelling percentage, fruit shape index, and kernel rate of 35 individual pecan (Carya illinoensis) lines from a domestic collection calculated using fruit weight, the pericarp thickness, and crude oil content were used to analyze the differences in fruit quality and other qualitative traits among individual lines. The results showed that the differences in six parameters among individual pecan lines were significant. The highest and the lowest seed weight was found in ZL57 (14.55 g) and ZL13 (3.53 g), respectively. ZL58 had the highest kernel rate (58.726%), followed by ZL21 (56.661%) and ZL11 (56.350%), and ZL56 had the lowest rate (26.208%). The highest crude oil content, total protein and total sugar content were detected in ZL11 (75.95%), ZL57 (9.43%) and ZL12 (15.30%), respectively. A total of 18 lines had the overall score of >90 with ZL57 being the highest followed by ZL11 and ZL61. These three lines should be further evaluated. Characterization of the fruit traits of the elite pecan lines would provide valuable information for breeding adaptable pecan cultivars in the future.
