人工养殖七彩神仙鱼性腺发育的研究

摘要:
七彩神仙鱼是一种名贵的观赏鱼,近年来市场需求量不断增加,研究其性腺发育规律将为该鱼的人工繁殖研究提供理论依据。对人工养殖七彩神仙鱼的性腺发育进行了形态学观察,并通过常规石蜡切片对其性腺发育进行了组织学观察。结果表明,七彩神仙鱼的卵巢发育可分为6期,卵子的发生可划分为5个时相。卵巢中卵母细胞的发育存在高度不同步性,这与其分批非同步产卵的特点相一致。人工养殖条件下,9月龄雌鱼的卵巢可发育到第Ⅳ期,达到性成熟。七彩神仙鱼的精巢为小叶型。精巢发育也可分为6期,精子的发生经历精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子5个阶段。人工养殖条件下,10月龄雄鱼的精巢可发育到第Ⅴ期,达到性成熟。雌鱼的性成熟比雄鱼早1个月。七彩神仙鱼经过多代人工驯化饲养后雌鱼的繁殖能力有所增强。

Gonadal development of artificially-cultured discus fish (Symphysodon spp.)

Abstract:
Discus fish (Symphysodon spp.) is a kind of famous ornamental fish. In recent years, its market demand is increasing. Understanding of the gonadal development will provide a theoretical basis for its artificial propagation. Morphological determination and histological observation using the conventional paraffin section method were conducted to investigate the gonadal development of artificially-cultured discus fish. The results were as follows. Ovarian development of discus fish could be divided into six stages and oogenesis could be divided into five phases. The development of oocytes in ovary is highly asynchronism, which is consistent with its characteristics of multiple spawning. Under the artificial breeding condition, the ovary of 9-month-old fish was developed to stage Ⅳ when the female fish reached sexual maturity. Testis of discus fish belongs to the lobular type. The development of testis can also be divided into six stages. Spermatogenesis underwent five stages of spermatogonia, primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid, and spermatozoa. Under the artificial breeding condition, the testis of 10-month-old male fish was developed to stage V when the fish reached sexual maturity. Female reached sexual maturity one month earlier than male. Reproductive ability of female discus fish has enhanced after artificial breeding for several generations.
