不同水稻品种在皖南地区对稻瘟病的抗性鉴定

摘要:
调查了位于皖南休宁县商山镇的稻瘟病圃带有不同抗稻瘟主效基因的31个单基因系的叶瘟病情。结果表明,含Pi-taPi-ta2Pi-kp的品系表现抗病。在病圃中鉴定了293份长江中下游水稻生产品种的抗瘟性,其中77份连续2年均表现抗病,适合在皖南稻瘟病流行区进一步试验推广。

Abstract:
The blast resistance levels of 31 monogenic lines harboring different blast resistance (R) genes were analyzed in a disease nursery located at Shangshan Town in Xiuning county, Anhui province. According to the scoring data, varieties with 3 R genes, namely Pi-ta, Pi-ta2 and Pi-kp showed better resistance performance than the others. Moreover, among the 293 main varieties collected from the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, 77 varieties continuously performed blast resistance in 2012 and 2013 and worth to be further evaluated in a large scale production. These varieties should have a potential value for disease resistance breeding in Anhui province.
