花后GA3对无核葡萄果实膨大和品质的影响

摘要:
以无核葡萄喜乐和金星无核为试材,进行了花后不同GA3浓度(0、10、25、50、100和200 mg·L-1)的果实膨大处理试验。结果显示,GA3不同浓度处理提高了无核葡萄果实的大小和硬度,延迟了果实的成熟,但对于果实品质的影响因品种而异,喜乐葡萄中低浓度的GA3(10、25、50 mg·L-1)均显著提高了其可溶性固形物、固酸比和可溶性糖含量,并显著降低了其可滴定酸含量,其中以50 mg·L-1 GA3的作用效果最显著;而金星无核葡萄中GA3不同浓度处理下的果实品质均低于清水对照。

Effect of postbloom GA3 treatment on fruit enlargement and quality of seedless grape

Abstract:
Fruits of ‘Xile’ and ‘Venus Seedless’ grapevines were treated with GA3 at 0, 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200 mg·L-1 after full bloom. The results showed that GA3 treatment increased fruit size and hardness and delayed fruit ripening. The effect of GA3 on fruit quality varied in different varieties. In ‘Xile’ grape, low concentrations GA3 (10, 25 and 50 mg·L-1) significantly increased the total soluble solid (TSS), TSS to titratable acid content (TAC) ratio, and soluble sugar content (SSC), but decreased TAC. Treatment of 50 mg·L-1 GA3 showed the most significant effect; however, in ‘Venus Seedless’, fruit quality was lower in all GA3 treatments than in water control.
