长蛸胚胎发育生物学零度和有效积温的研究

摘要:
在室内恒温条件下,通过观察和记录受精卵在6个温度梯度下的孵化情况,并运用公式计算和直线回归的方法,研究了长蛸(Octopus variabilis)受精卵发育的生物学零度、有效积温及胚胎发育的温度系数(Q10)。结果表明,长蛸胚胎发育的生物学零度和有效积温分别为9.17℃和1239.94℃·d;长蛸胚胎发育的最适温度范围为20~26℃。

Biological zero temperature and effective accumulated temperature for embryonic development of Octopus variabilis

Abstract:
In the study, the hatching of the fertilized egg of Octopus variabilis at six constant indoor temperatures was observed. Biological zero temperature, effective accumulated temperature and temperature coefficient (Q10) for the development of zygotes of?O. variabilis were calculated using formula and linear regression. The results showed that the biology zero temperature and the effective accumulated temperature for the development of zygotes of O. variabilis were 9.17℃?and 1239.94℃·d, respectively. The optimum hatching temperature range for the embryonic development was 20-26℃.
