用AMMI模型分析甘薯品种产量性状的稳定性

摘要:
利用AMMI模型对雷州半岛4试点8个甘薯品种的产量性状进行分析。结果表明,对鲜薯产量和薯干产量总变异起作用的因素依次为基因型、基因型与环境互作和环境。鲜薯产量2条主成分轴共解释了94.70%的互作平方和,薯干产量2条主成分轴共解释了93.55%的互作平方和。广薯87属于高产稳产品种,适应性广;广薯79属于低产稳产品种,适应性广;揭薯04-12、广薯42属于高产不稳产品种;紫罗兰、桂粉3号属于低产不稳产品种。揭薯04-12在雷州,紫罗兰在遂溪,广薯42在徐闻具有特殊的适应性。徐闻对品种的选择性最高,品种的交互作用大;吴川点对品种的鉴别力最低,对各品种具有广泛的适应性。

Stability analysis for yield characters of sweet potato by AMMI model

Abstract:
The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model was used to analyze G×E interaction on yield characters of 8 varieties of sweet potato planted in Leizhou Peninsula. The results indicated that the effect factors accounted for the total variation on fresh tuber yield and dry matter yield effect were of genotype, G×E interaction and environment in order. Two principal constituent axles explained 94.70% interactive in fresh tuber yield, and 93.55% interactive in dry matter yield. The results also showed that Guangshu87 is of high and stable yield variety and has extensively adaptability. Guangshu79 is of low and stable yield variety and has extensively adaptability. Jieshu04-12 and Guangshu42 are of high yield and bad stability. Ziluolan and Guifen3 are of low yield and bad stability. Jieshu04-12 in Leizhou, Ziluolan in Suixi and Guangshu42 in Xuwen have specific applicability. Xuwen is the site with the highest discrimination in selecting cultivars, and with large interaction of cultivars. Wuchuan is the site with the lowest discrimination in selecting cultivars, suitable for planting sweet potatoes, and has general applicability to various cultivars.
