紫萼玉簪快繁体系建立和移栽初步研究

摘要:
以安徽黄山产野生紫萼玉簪叶片作为外植体,对其快繁体系的建立和幼苗移栽技术进行初步研究。结果表明,利于愈伤组织诱导的最佳取材季节为春季,诱导愈伤组织形成和不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA2.0+ NAA0.3;适宜的不定芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA3.0+NAA0.1;利于生根的培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.3。最佳的移栽基质为珍珠岩+腐殖土(1:3),移栽成活率最高,幼苗长势好,明显优于其他3个处理。

Preliminary study on establishing rapid propagation system and transplant of Hosta ventricosa

Abstract:
The wild Hosta ventricosa leaves which collected from Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province were used as explants. The establishment of rapid propagation system and seedlings transplant was carried out in the study. The results indicated that the best season for explant selection was spring; the best medium for the callus induction and the adventitious buds differentiation was MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.3; the suitable medium for the propagation of adventitious buds was MS+6-BA3.0+NAA0.1; the best medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+NAA0.3. The transplanting survival rate was highest, and the tissue culture seedlings grew well when the transplant medium was composed of pearlite and humus (3:1), in which the survival rate and growth vigour of the seedlings were remarkably better than those of the other three treatments.
