气相色谱法(GC-FPD)快速测定蔬菜、水果中 18种有机磷农药残留

摘要:
建立18种有机磷农药在青菜、黄瓜、萝卜、苋菜、辣椒5种蔬菜和桃子、苹果2种水果中残留量快速检测方法。样品中有机磷农药采用乙酸乙酯提取,取适量样品提取液直接用GC-FPD检测,低浓度的添加回收样品浓缩至一定体积后进样。18种供试农药的定量限(LOQ)在2~30 μg·kg-1范围内,检测限(LOD)在3.6×10-10 g~5.5×10-12 g范围内,回收率在70.25%~120.50%,变异系数在0.65%~30.70%,满足农药残留分析要求。

Rapid detection of 18 organphosphorus pesticide multiresidue in vegetables and fruits with GC-FPD

Abstract:
A method for detecting 18 organphosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by GC-FPD was developed. The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with ethyl acetate. The extracts were determined by GC-FPD. The LOQ and LOD of 18 pesticides were in the range of 2 - 30 μg·kg-1and 3.6×10-10 g - 5.5×10-12 g, respectively. The fortified recoveries of 18 pesticides were from 70.25% to 120.50%, and the RSDs( relative standard deviation)were from 0.65% to 30.70%. The fortified recoveries and RSDs were all in accordance with the pesticide multi-residue’s demands.
