巢湖喹诺酮及四环素类药物污染现状及来源分析

摘要:
采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS),对巢湖湖水中喹诺酮和四环素类抗生素的污染现状进行测定,同时分析南淝河等主要入湖河流及城市污水厂进出水中抗生素的残留水平。结果表明,湖区14个监测点湖水中喹诺酮和四环素类抗生素均不同程度检出, 10种抗生素平均浓度为1.3~42.3 ng·L-1;巢湖西半湖湖心水中抗生素检出率和残留浓度明显高于东半湖湖心处;巢湖北岸4个乡镇居民生活等活动对湖水中抗生素含量有一定影响,其中黄麓镇近岸湖水中诺氟沙星浓度最大(8.1 ng·L-1);入湖河流均有抗生素检出,其中南淝河水中抗生素浓度最高,达到550.7 ng·L-1;合肥市主要污水处理厂进出水中均含有大量抗生素,氧氟沙星和土霉素为主要污染物。可见,巢湖湖水受到抗生素污染,入湖河流、沿岸居民生活排水及城市污水处理厂尾水排放是巢湖抗生素的主要来源,需加强对抗生素使用的管理和污染防治。

Occurrence of quinolones and tetracyclines antibiotics in the aquatic environment of Chaohu Lake

Abstract:
A solid phase extraction-ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)method was used to monitor the antibiotics residue in water samples from difference areas of Chaohu Lake, and the rivers flowing into it and wastewater in sewage treatment plants in Hefei city. The results indicated that quinolones and tetracyclines antibiotics were widely detected in fourteen sampling sites with average concentrations in the range of 1.3-42.3 ng·L-1. The occurrences of antibiotics in west-half Chouhu Lake were more serious than in its east-half. The antibiotics in water from four township nearby north of Chaohu Lake had a high detection frequency, and the concentration of norfloxacin in Huanglu (8.1 ng·L-1) showed a significant impact of human’s activities to the antibiotics’ existence. Antibiotics in rivers flowing into Chaohu Lake were also widely detected, and the water from Nanfeihe River contained 550.7 ng·L-1 antibiotics and would be the worst polluted river. Wastewater from sewage treatment plants contained a large amount of antibiotics and ofloxacin, and oxytetracycline was proved to be the principal pollutants. It was clarified that an obvious of antibiotics was consisted of rivers, drainage from nearby countryside and the sewage treatment plants. So, strengthening the monitoring and management of antibiotics in Chaohu Lake is necessary.
