硬头黄竹主要解剖特征的研究

摘要:
采用显微图像分析方法,对硬头黄竹主要解剖特征进行研究,为提高建筑用丛生竹资源高附加值加工利用水平提供依据。结果发现,硬头黄竹薄壁细胞、纤维、导管及筛管比量分别为45.5%、32.3%、7.0%和2.2%;纤维直径、双壁厚、腔径、长度、长宽比、壁腔比和腔径比分别为20.271 μm、16.178 μm、4.092 μm、1 901.775 μm、103.913、5.715和0.193;硬头黄竹维管束径向直径、弦向直径及密度分别为762.978 μm、640.210 μm和1.686个·mm-2

Study on the main anatomical characteristics of Bambusa rigida

Abstract:
In order to improve higher value-added processing and utilizing levels for sympodial bamboo, the main anatomical characteristics of Bambusa rigida were studied with the microscopic image analysis method. The results show the proportion of parenchyma, fiber, vessel and sieve tube account for 45.5%, 32.3%, 7.0% and 2.2%, respectively. The width, double wall thickness, lumen diameter, length, length-width ratio, double wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio and lumen diameter-width ratio of fiber are 20.271 μm, 16.178 μm, 4.092 μm, 1 901.775 μm, 103.913, 5.715 and 0.193, and the radial width, tangential width and frequency of vascular bundle are 762.978 μm, 640.210 μm and 1.686 N·mm-2, respectively.
