茶树扦插生根过程中3种氧化酶活性及多酚含量变化研究

摘要:
对3个国家茶树品种扦插生根情况以及扦插过程中3种氧化酶活性和茶多酚含量变化进行研究。结果表明,不同品种间扦插繁育能力存在差异,扦插成活率排序为:皖茶91>舒茶早>石佛翠。在扦插过程中,PPO活性均呈上升→下降→上升趋势,扦插15 d时达到高峰且皖茶91高于舒茶早和石佛翠;POD活性与扦插生根呈负相关,除石佛翠呈上升趋势外,其他2个品种均先降后升;IAAO活性除石佛翠基本无变化外,其他2个品种均呈上升→下降→上升趋势,皖茶91变化幅度比舒茶早大;这3种氧化酶与茶树扦插成活率具有明显的相关性。插穗叶片中茶多酚含量的增加也有利于插穗成活率的提高。

Changes of three oxidase activities and polyphenol content in tea cuttings in the process of rooting

Abstract:
The capacity of rooting and the changes of three oxidase activities and polyphenol content were studied in tea cuttings of three national cultivars during rooting. The results indicated that the survival?rate was Camellia sinensis cv. Wancha 91 > Camellia sinensis cv. Shuchazao >Camellia sinensis cv. Shifocui. The PPO activity showed the trend of “increase-decrease-increase”, and reached the maximum after 15 days; the PPO activity of Camellia sinensis cv. Wancha 91 was higher than that of Camellia sinensis cv. Shuchazao and Camellia sinensis cv. Shifocui. The POD activities of Camellia sinensiscan cv. Wancha 91 and Camellia sinensis cv. Shuchazao presented a process of “decrease-increase”, while the activity of Camellia sinensis cv. Shifoucui kept increasing, exhibiting a negative correlation with the rooting rate. The IAAO activities of Camellia sinensis cv. Shifoucui was slightly changed during rooting, while the other two varieties showed a process of “increase-decrease-increase”; the IAAO activity of Camellia sinensis cv.Wancha 91 had larger change ranges than that of Camellia sinensis cv. Shuchazao. These three oxidases were closely related to the rooting of tea cuttings. The increase of polyphenol content in tea cuttings can also improve its survival rate.
