改性橙皮对水中中性红的吸附及其动力学

摘要:
以生物废料橙皮为原料,经乙醇、NaOH及CaCl2处理,得到改性橙皮生物吸附剂,对中性红染料废水进行吸附研究,考察了吸附时间、pH值、染料初始浓度、吸附温度及吸附剂投加量对吸附量的影响及其吸附动力学。结果表明,在pH为7,改性橙皮用量为0.1 g,吸附时间为5 h,吸附温度为20℃,染料初始浓度为1 200 mg?L-1的条件下,改性橙皮对中性红的最大吸附量为478.60 mg?g-1。改性橙皮对水中中性红的等温吸附平衡符合Freundlich吸附等温式,吸附动力学遵循准二级动力学方程。

Abstract:
Flavedo was modified by ethanol, sodium hydroxide and calcium chloride for preparing biosorbent to remove neutral red in waste water. Effects of adsorption time, pH value, initial concentration of dye, temperature and absorbent dosage on the adsorption capacity and adsorption kinetics were investigated. In the conditions of pH 7, the initial concentration of 1 200 mg?L-1, the dosage of 0.1 g, the contact time for 5 h, the maximum absorption capacity of the modified flavedo could reach 478.60 mg?g-1 at 20℃. The isothermal adsorption fitted for the Freundlich adsorption model. Adsorption kinetics followed by the pseudo- second-order kinetic model.
