安徽乌塌菜种质资源形态特征多样性分析

摘要:
对安徽省乌塌菜48份材料17个形态性状进行统计分析。结果表明,安徽乌塌菜具有丰富的形态多样性,变异系数8.67%~55.33%。通过主成分分析, 将17个性状综合为6个主成分, 第一主成分的方差贡献率为30.9982%, 第二主成分的方差贡献率为29.2082%。叶柄长、展幅、株型、叶片长、外叶色、叶面皱缩度、心叶色、叶片数等8个形态性状累积贡献率达到71.8215%,可反映出乌塌菜形态性状的基本信息。基于形态性状的聚类分析把48份材料聚为3大类,第1类14份材料, 第2类25份材料,第3类仅9份材料, 同一类群包括不同地方的品种。本研究为发挥安徽乌塌菜种质资源优势,进行种质资源创新及杂种优势利用提供依据。

Diversity analysis of morphological traits of savoy germplasm resources in Anhui Province

Abstract:
Seventeen morphological characters of 48 savoy germplasms in Anhui Province were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the morphological diversity was high among the savoy germplasms. The variation coefficients were from 8.67% to 55.33%. The principal component analysis showed that the 17 characters could be integrated into 6 principal components. The first and the second principal components represented 30.9982% and 29.2082% of variance, respectively. The cumulative contribution rate of eight factors including petiole length, spread width, plant type, leaf length, lateral lobe color, leaf shrinkage, leaf’s interior color and their cumulative contribuction rate was up to 71.8215%, which could reflect the main information of morphological characters of savoy. Based on the morphological data, the 48 savoy germplasms were clustered into 3 groups, with 14 varieties belonging to the first cluster, 25 varieties belonging to the second cluster, and 9 varieties belonging to the third cluster. The varieties from different areas were distributed in the three groups. This study will provide evidence for germplasm enhancement and heterosis utilization of savoy by taking advantage of germplasm of Anhui Province.
