Ca2+处理对不同藤本月季品种的耐热性影响

摘要:
通过对不同浓度钙处理的藤本月季品种进行41.5℃高温胁迫,结合相应生理指标,探讨藤本月季的抗热性变化。结果表明,随着高温胁迫时间的延长,植株电导率、脯氨酸含量不断增加,耐热品种的可溶蛋白含量增加,而不耐热品种的可溶蛋白含量在下降,但脯氨酸含量从高温诱导的第4天开始含量逐渐降低。喷施 10 mmol?L-1 CaCl2 5 d能有效降低高温胁迫对藤本月季品种‘光谱’(Rosa hybrida cv. Spectra)、‘御用马车’(Rosa hybrida cv. Parkirerktor Riggers)、‘西方大地’(Rosa hybrida cv. Westerland)、‘藤仙境’(Rosa hybrida cv. Carefree Wonder Climbing)的高温伤害,一定程度上降低了由于高温所造成的电导率激增,降低膜脂的过氧化程度;提高了高温下脯氨酸的含量,使得高温下脯氨酸含量维持在一个较高的水平,增强细胞持水力,提高植物的抗热性。

Effects of Ca2+ treatment on heat tolerance of different Rosa hybrida varieties

Abstract:
In this paper, we explored the heat resistance of Fujimoto Tsukiki which was grown under 41.5℃ high-temperature stress by spraying with different concentrations of calcium chloride, based on the corresponding physiological indices. The results showed that with prolonging of heat stress time, the conductivity went up, and the amount of proline and soluble proteins increased, but the amount of soluble proteins reduced in heat-sensitive varieties of Fujimoto Tsukiki. And the amount of proline began to reduce gradually under high temperature stress from the fourth day. The results also showed that the damage caused by high temperature to Fujimoto Tsukiki, such as 'Rosa hybrida cv. Spectra', 'Rosa hybrida cv. Parkirerktor Riggers', 'Rosa hybrida cv. Westerland' and 'Rosa hybrida cv. Carefree Wonder Climbing' could be reduced effectively by spraying with 10 mmol/L CaCl2 for five days due to the sharp increasing of conductivity could be alleviated, and the membrane lipid peroxidation was reduced to some extent. At the same time, the amount of proline increased to maintain a relatively high level so as to strengthen the cell water-holding ability and improve the plants’ heat-resistance.
