餐厨废弃物生产微生物油脂酶解条件的研究

摘要:
针对餐厨废弃物中的可利用成分,采用复合酶制剂对餐厨废弃物进行处理,确定适宜酶解条件,使餐厨废弃物可作为培养基用于发酵生产微生物油脂。通过试验得出适宜酶解条件为:同时加入淀粉酶 8 u·g-1原料、糖化酶 200 u·g-1原料、蛋白酶 50 u·g-1原料、纤维素酶 50 u·g-1原料,pH5~7,50~60℃ 水解 2 h。将酶解液做适当调整后接入健强地霉G9菌株发酵,最终可产油脂 9.74 g·L-1,即每吨餐厨废弃物可产油脂近 20 kg。

Enzymatic hydrolysis of kitchen garbage for microbial oils production

Abstract:
As to the available components in the kitchen garbage, complex enzymes were employed to hydrolyze kitchen garbage, and the optimum hydrolysis conditions of kitchen garbage for microbial oils production were determined as follows: 8 u·g-1 of amylase, 200 u·g-1 of glucoamylase, 50 u·g-1 of protease and 50 u·g-1 cellulose be added at the same time, pH 5-7, 50-60℃ and hydrolyzing for 2 h. After adjusted appropriately, the hydrolyzate of kitchen garbage could be used as culture medium for the strain G9 of Geotrichum robustum in microbial oils production, and the lipid yield of strain G9 could reach 9.74 g·L-1, which means every tonne of kitchen garbage could be converted to near 20 kg lipid.
