少花龙葵果总黄酮提取及抗氧化性研究

摘要:
采用乙醇浸提法研究少花龙葵果中黄酮类物质的提取及其抗氧化性能。探讨溶剂浓度、温度、时间、料液比对黄酮提取的影响,并用正交试验优化了提取总黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,最佳条件是:乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为70℃,时间为2.5 h,料液比为1:12(g:mL)。此条件下测得总黄酮含量为3.68 mg·g-1,提取物对羟自由基有较好的清除效果。

Extract of total flavone from fruit of Solanum photeinocarpum and analysis of its antioxidant activity

Abstract:
This paper aims to extract total quantity flavone from fruit of Solanum photeinocarpum and to study its resistance to oxidation. The effects of solution concentration, temperature, time and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction of total quantity of flavone were discussed. Meanwhile, optimal condition for extraction of total flavone from fruit of Solanum photeinocarpum were chosen through orthogonal experiment. As a result, using 60% ethanol as extractant, extraction for 2.5 h at 70℃ in a ratio of material to liquid 1:12, the yield of extraction can reach up to 3.68 mg·g-1. Extracts from fruit of Solanum photeinocarpum have strong antioxidative effects.
