低温蒸汽热处理对板栗物理力学性能的影响

摘要:
对板栗进行120℃低温蒸汽热处理,并比较了处理前后的物理力学性能。结果表明,低温蒸汽热处理后板栗材色无明显变化,含水率、密度及吸水性降低。干缩率和湿胀率明显下降,木材尺寸稳定性明显提高,抗胀(缩)率(ASE)达34%。木材主要力学性能略有升高。这说明低温蒸汽热处理在提高板栗尺寸稳定性的同时,不会降低木材的材色美观度及力学性能。

Influence of low-temperature steam heating on physical and mechanical properties of Castanea mollissima

Abstract:
In this paper, we studied the changes of physical and mechanical properties of C. mollissima after steam heating at 120℃. The results showed as follows. There had no difference in wood color after low- temperature steam heating; the moisture, density and the water absorbability decreased; wood shrinkage and swelling rate decreased obviously; the wood dimension stability improved obviously; anti-shrinkage rate could reach to 34%, and the major mechanical properties increased slightly after low-temperature steam heating. It suggested that low-temperature steam heating could improve wood dimension stability and do not lower the mechanical properties and the color artistic of C. mollissima.
