基于行人保护法规的某型轿车的碰撞安全性研究

摘要:
根据轿车行人保护的有关法规要求,针对某款轿车的开发,分别从发动机盖的设计对儿童和成人的头部保护和保险杠及相关零部件的设计对行人腿部保护方面建立了有限元模型,并对其进行了头部碰撞分析和腿部碰撞的动力学仿真。仿真分析结果对整车的行人保护性能起到了预测和方向性指导作用。

Crash safety research of some passenger car based on pedestrian protection regulation

Abstract:
This paper introduces some regulation requests on pedestrian protection of passenger cars. The finite element models are established based on the engine cover design to head protection of adults and children and the bumper & relative parts design to leg protection. Then the simulation analysis on head crash and leg crash is carried out. The simulation results can forecast the pedestrian protection performance and guide the design of relative parts such as engine cover and bumper.
