大豆疫病拮抗细菌的筛选及生防作用

摘要:
从大豆根围土样中筛选得到对大豆疫霉有较好拮抗作用的生防菌株4株,经平板测定,生防菌株BY-2的防效最好,达79.00%;对其不同发酵时间的代谢液活性进行测定,发现72 h代谢液的抑制效果最佳,达到40.93%。BY-2代谢液能显著抑制大豆疫霉游动孢子萌发,抑制效果为39.89%~57.71%;其挥发性物质能显著抑制疫霉菌丝的生长,抑制效果为81.70%~91.94%。离体和盆栽试验结果表明,BY-2菌液处理对大豆疫病具较好的防治效果,离体叶片防效和盆栽防效分别为63.38%和75.01%。此外,用BY-2活菌液灌根大豆幼苗的鲜重、干重、根长和茎长显著增加,表明生防菌株BY-2能促进大豆植株的生长。

Screening and biocontrol effects of antagonistic bacteria against Phytophthora sojae

Abstract:
Four bacterial strains were isolated from the soil in rhizosphere of soybean plants. Antagonistic tests showed that BY-2 strongly restricted the growth of Phytophthora sojae. In the dual-culture test in plates, the results showed that the bacterial culture of strain BY-2 significantly inhibited the hyphal growth of P. sojae, with a high inhibition rate of 79.00%. The results also showed that the inhibition activity of fermentation liguid against BY-2 varied with time, and the inhibition of metabolic liquid at 72 h treatment against P. sojae was 40.93%, being the highest. The metabolic liquid could evidently inhibit germination of zoospores, with the inhibitory rates from 39.89% to 57.71%. The volatiles from BY-2 could evidently inhibit hyphal growth of P. sojae, with the inhibitory rates from 81.70% to 91.94%. Detached leaves and pot experiments demonstrated that the bacterial of BY-2 had significant control on soybean blight, with the control effectiveness being 63.38% and 75.01%, respectively. In addition, the fresh weight and dry weight were all increased significantly and the growth of soybean was promoted after root affused with BY-2 bacterial suspension.
