新疆粗毛黄褐孔菌菌丝生长特性研究

摘要:
从碳源、氮源、pH值和温度等方面研究了新疆粗毛黄褐孔菌的菌丝生长特性。结果表明,最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为酵母膏, pH值适宜范围是pH 8~12,最适生长温度为30℃,最佳C/N比值为79.80︰1。

Study on mycelium growth characteristics of Inonotus hispidus

Abstract:
The effects of carbon and nitrogen, pH and temperature on the mycelium growth characteristics of Inonotus hispidus were studied. The results indicated that the best carbon source is maltose, the best nitrogen source is yeast extract, the optimal pH ranges from 8 to 12, the optimal temperature is 30℃, and the optimal C/N is 79.80:1.
