电凝聚气浮技术处理采油废水的研究

摘要:
采用铝电极对陕北某油田采油废水进行电凝聚气浮处理试验。静态试验研究表明,电流密度和电解时间对处理效果有显著的影响。选择电流密度3.97 mA·cm-2、极板间距10 mm作为操作条件,对初始含油量为632 mg·L-1、pH为7.2的采油废水电凝聚气浮40 min后,去油率可达68.08%。动态试验研究表明,水力停留时间为40 min,电凝聚气浮槽电流密度为3.70 mA·cm-2,电解气浮槽电流密度为3.30 mA·cm-2,初始pH7.2,极板间距10 mm时,去油率达到85.7%,出水油含量92.7 mg·L-1

Oilfield wastewater treatment by electrocoagulation

Abstract:
In this paper, the operating conditions of electrocoagulation (EC) for the treatment of oilfield wastewater were investigated. The static experimental results showed that current density and electrolysis time had a significant impact on the treatment. Current density 3.97 mA·cm-2, plate spacing 10 mm and pH 7.2 were selected as operating conditions, and after 40 min EC experiment, the oily wastewater, the initial oil content was 632 mg·L-1, had been well treated, and the oil removal rate could reach to 68.08%. The continuous experimental results showed that the oil removal rate could reach to 85.7%, and the oil concentration of effluent was 92.7 mg·L-1 under the operating conditions as follows: HRT(hydraulic retention time)40 min, current density of EC tank 3.70 mA·cm-2, current density of electro-flotation tank 3.30 mA·cm-2, initial pH 7.2, and plate spacing 10 mm.
