平菇及其培养料中异菌脲的残留分析方法及消解动态研究

摘要:
建立了异菌脲平菇及培养基料中残留分析方法,并研究了平菇中异菌脲残留消解动态和最终残留量。样品用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,LC-PDA测定。异菌脲在平菇中的添加回收率为85.0%~97.70%,变异系数为2.23%~10.30%;异菌脲在培养料中添加回收率为78.50%~95.00%,变异系数为3.02%~7.82%,方法的检出限为2.5×10-4 mg·kg-1,结果表明,该方法符合农药残留分析的要求。消解动态试验表明,500 g·L-1异菌脲670倍液采用拌料法施药后,平菇中异菌脲最终残留量低于方法的检出限,培养料中异菌脲消解半衰期为52.16 d。

Residue analysis and dissipation of iprodione in oyster mushroon and its substrate

Abstract:
A residual analytical method was developed for iprodione in oyster mushroon and its substrate, and dissipation and final residue of the fungicide iprodione was also conducted in this study. Residues of iprodione in oyster mushroon and its substrate were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up through florisil column and determined by LC-PDA. The recoveries of iprodione in oyster mushroon ranged from 85.00% to 97.70% with the coefficient of variation(CV)between 2.23% and 10.30%. The recoveries of iprodione in substrate ranged from 78.5% to 95.0% with CV≤7.82%. The limit of quantification of this method was 2.5×10-4 mg·kg-1. The results showed that the dissipation half-live in substrate was 52.16 d days and no final residue was detected in oyster mushroon.
