扬州地区2个芍药品种光合生理生态特性比较

摘要:
利用美国产LI-6400便携式光合测定系统对国内普遍栽培的2个芍药品种‘朱砂判’和‘黄金轮’光合生理生态特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,2个芍药品种净光合速率(Pn)日变化均为“双峰”曲线,最高值出现在上午8:00,分别是16.33 μmol·m-2·s-1和18.25 μmol·m-2·s-1,2个品种均存在明显的光合“午休”现象,2个品种的气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)以及水分利用效率(WUE)日变化方面均存在明显差别。研究了2个品种净光合速率(Pn)与各因子的关系,分别得出多元回归方程,‘朱砂判’:Pn=-3.9989-0.0008PAR-1.5078Ta+1.4596Tleaf- 0.1038RH+84.767Gs+0.0443Ci-0.2625TrR2=0.975);‘黄金轮’Pn=-18.3765+0.0086PAR+ 0.2402Ta +0.3663Tleaf+ 0.4994RH+34.7959Gs-0.076Ci-2.0367TrR2=0.991)。通过对Pn下降原因的分析,认为引起2个品种Pn降低的原因不同,‘朱砂判’为非气孔限制,‘黄金轮’为气孔限制。

Comparison of photosynthetic characteristics between two herbaceous peony (Paeoniaceae) cultivars

Abstract:
The photosynthetic characteristics of two herbaceous poeny (Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Paeoniaceae) cultivars were studied by the portable photosynthesis system (LI-6400).The results showed that diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rates ( Pn) in leaves of the two cultivars presented a typical bimodal curve; both had ‘Midday depression’ phenomenon, and the highest Pn for ‘Zhusha Pan’ and ‘Huang Jinlun’ was 16.33 μmol·m-2·s-1, 18.25μmol·m-2·s-1, respectively at 8:00 A.M. There was significant difference in stomatal conductance (Cond), intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), transpiration rate(Tr) as well as water usage efficiency(WUE) between two cultivars. The relationship between Pn and other factors for photosynthesis with each cultivar was studied, and the equations were Pn=-3.9989-0.0008PAR-1.5078Ta+1.4596Tleaf-0.1038RH+84.767Gs+0.0443Ci-0.2625Tr (R2=0.975) and Pn=-18.3765+0.0086PAR+0.2402Ta+0.3663Tleaf+0.4994RH+34.7959Gs-0.076Ci- 2.0367TrR2=0.991), respectively. The reason for the depression of Pn for two cultivars was different, for ‘Zhusha Pan’, the reason is non-stomatal factor, and for ‘Huang Jinlun’, however, it is stomatal factors.
