油菜菌核病菌不同致病力菌株生物学特性的比较研究

摘要:
以从安徽省桐城、望江、宁国、旌德、南陵、寿县等油菜产区采集的油菜菌核病病组织或菌核上分离获得的24株油菜菌核病菌菌株为供试菌株,采用离体叶片接种法接种测定这些菌株对供试油菜的致病力。结果表明,各菌株间的致病力有显著差异,存在明显分化,这种致病性差异与菌株的地理来源有一定相关。进一步选取致病力较强的菌株NG4和致病力较弱的菌株NL1进行生物学特性的比较研究。结果表明,两菌株在5~30 ℃条件下均能生长,最适生长温度为20~25 ℃;菌丝在pH 2~12均能生长,以pH 5~7为最适;光暗交替条件有利于菌丝的生长;但强致病力菌株在相同温度、pH 和光照条件下的菌丝生长速率和菌丝干重均大于弱致病力菌株。

Comparison of the biological characteristics of different pathogenic strains in Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

Abstract:
The pathogenicity of 24 isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum which obtained from Tongcheng, Wangjiang, Ningguo, Jingde, Nanling and Shouxian in Anhui was investigated by applying detached leaf inoculation. The results showed that all of the tested isolates caused stem rot on rape, and there was a significant difference in the average length of the lesions caused by different isolates, suggesting that there was significant differentiation in pathogenicity of S. sclerotiorum strains to rapeseed. The pathogenicity of the isolates was related to their localities to some degree. Based on the results above, the strong pathonic isolate, NG4, and the weak pathonic isolate, NL1, were selected to study the biological characteristics of S. sclerotiorum isolates of different pathogenicity. The results indicated that the hyphae of both isolates could grow from 5℃ to 30℃and the optimum temperature was from 20℃ to 25℃. They could grow under condition of pH 2.0 to pH 12.0 with the optimum pH for mycelium growth being 5.0-7.0. It was beneficial for mycelial growth under the condition of alternating illumination and darkness. However, the strains with stronger pathogenicity grew more quick or weighty under the same condition of temperature, pH and illumination.
