人工倾斜杨树应拉木内源激素分布规律的初步研究

摘要:
采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)来测定不同月份人工倾斜杨树树干形成层区域的5种内源激素即吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素(Z)含量的变化,研究倾斜杨树树干应拉区与对应区内源激素分布规律。结果表明,IAA在6月份时含量是最高的,在不同倾斜角度下,应拉区和对应区的IAA含量分布规律相同,倾斜30°时IAA含量最高而45°时含量最低,除30°外其他角度对应区含量都高于应拉区。GA3 在4月份时含量最高,在一个生长周期即一年内对应区含量高于应拉区,倾斜15°和30°时对应区含量高于应拉区。IBA在不同生长季节、不同倾斜角度下呈现出对应区含量高于应拉区的分布规律。ABA(12月除外)和Z(12月和15°除外)也都呈现出与IBA相同的分布规律。

Preliminary study on distribution of endogenous hormones of the tension wood in artificially inclined Poplar

Abstract:
In order to investigate the distribution of endogenous hormones between the regions of tension wood and opposition in inclined stem of poplar, five endogenous hormones i.e.indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellic acid (GA3), indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), abscisic acid (ABA) and zeatin (Z) in cambium of inclined poplar stem were determined by high-performance capillary electricity (HPCE) in different months. The results showed that the maximum value of IAA content was reached in June; the regulation of distribution of IAA in tension region and opposite region in different inclined angles was the same; the maximum value of IAA content was reached in inclined angle of 30°,while the minimum value was reached at 45°; the content of IAA in opposite region was higher than it in the tension region in different inclined angles except the angle of 30°; the maximum value of GA3 content was reached in April, the content of GA3 in opposite region was higher than it in tension region within a year; the content of GA3 in opposite region was higher than it in tension region in inclined angles of 15°and 30°; the content of IBA in opposite region was higher than it in tension region within different seasons and in different inclined angles; the distribution of content of ABA(except December) and Z(except December and inclined angle of 15°) was the same as the content of IBA.
