木材低分子量树脂改性研究进展

摘要:
人工林木材密度较低、材质较差、防护性能弱,应用范围受到极大的限制。低分子量树脂处理是提高人工林木材各项性质、增加其附加值的有效途径。作者综述了国内外近年来树脂改性的研究进展,对改性工艺、改性前后木材的各项性能变化以及改性机理研究进行了详细评述,并总结了树脂在木材中的存在状态以及与细胞壁的结合情况,最后提出了本领域的发展趋势,以便为木材树脂改性的进一步研究提供参考。

Advance in low molecular weight resin modification of wood

Abstract:
Since applied range of wood from plantation has been limited due to its low density, poor quality and weak protection properties, the treatment of low molecular weight resin is an effective method for improving properties and additional value of wood from plantation. This paper summarizes the research development of resin modification both at home and abroad in recent years. The modification technology, the change of performance of wood before and after modification, and mechanism of modification are reviewed in detail. The distribution and combining with cell wall of resin in wood are illustrated. The development tendency is proposed so as to provide reference for further study on resin modification.
