α-螺旋中2,3位氨基酸残基对螺旋结构稳定性的影响

摘要:
用自编的计算机软件对967条非冗余蛋白质结构序列中进行统计分析,并扩展了Chou-Fasman 法则,建立了一种α-螺旋模体(Moitf)的方法。结果发现在四残基α-螺旋结构中,第2位和第3位氨基酸残基共同影响其稳定性。

Abstract:
We established a α-helix motif method by using computer software exploited by ourselves to do a statistical analysis of the structures of 967 non-redundant protein sequences. We also extended the Chou-Fasman rules. As a result, we found that α-helix in the second and third amino acid residues commonly affect its structural stability.
