银杏内生真菌T4抑菌活性及生物学特性的研究

摘要:
采用组织法分别从银杏组织器官(根、茎、叶)中分离得到25株内生真菌。平板对峙试验结果表明,其中16株内生真菌对供试的6种植物病原真菌表现出明显的抑制作用,其中内生真菌T4活性尤为突出。菌丝生长速率法测定结果表明,T4菌株发酵液对番茄枯萎病菌 (Fusarium oxysporum),苹果腐烂病菌 (Cytospora mandshurica),苹果炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides),梨黑星病菌(Venturia pirina),小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)有较强抑制作用,特别是对苹果腐烂病菌 (Cytospora mandshurica)的抑制作用达到92.31%。T4菌株生物学试验结果表明,该菌株的适宜生长温度为28~32℃,其生长最适碳源为葡萄糖和麦芽糖,最适氮源为胰蛋白胨。通过形态学观察,初步鉴定内生真菌T4属于镰孢属(Fusarium sp.)。

Antimicrobial activities and biological characteristics of endophytic fungi T4 from Ginkgo biloba L.

Abstract:
Twenty-five endophyte isolates were obtained from healthy roots, stems and leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. The results of preliminary test exhibited 16 endophyte isolates significantly antagonized six plant pathogens, especially the endophyte T4 strain. The results of mycelium growth rate showed the ferment broth of T4 had strong antagonistic action against Fusarium oxysporum, Cytospora mandshurica, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Venturia pirina and Fusarium graminearum, especially against Cytospora mandshurica with 92.31% inhibitory rate. The study on the biological characteristics exhibited that the proper growth temperature of the strain was 28-32℃, and suitable carbon sources were glucose and maltose while the optimal nitrogen source was tryptone. In addition, the strain T4 was preliminarily identified as Fusarium sp. based on morphological characteristics.
