气质联用测定食用菌中农药残留

摘要:
研究建立了一种同时测定香菇等鲜食用菌中58种农药多残留分析方法。样品采用乙腈为提取溶剂,超声波提取10 min,弗罗里硅土小柱和氨基小柱串联固相萃取净化,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)选择离子模式检测。58种农药最低检出浓度(S/N=10)为0.09~7.78 ng·g-1。在0.01~0.5 mg·kg-1添加浓度水平下,各农药回收率在66%~132%之间,相对标准偏差为2.6%~23.7%。对北京和合肥两市鲜香菇、草菇和木耳进行检测,共检出毒死蜱、氟虫腈、三氯杀螨砜和溴硫磷4种农药,浓度为3.0~11.1 μg·kg-1。表明该方法可用于鲜食用菌中58种农药多残留的同时测定。

A Multiresidue Screening Method for the determination of pesticides in edible fungi

Abstract:
A GC-MS-SIM method is proposed for the determination of 58 pesticides residue in edible fungi. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile by using ultrasonic assistant extraction and cleaned-up by Florisil Solid-phase Extraction(SPE) cartridge coupled with NH2 cartridge. The recoveries were 66%~132% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.6%~23.7%.The limit of quantification (LOQ) , defined in terms of 10 times ratio of signal to noise was 0.09~7.78 ng·g-1.The real samples from Beijing and Hefei were investigated,4 pesticides (chlorpyrifos,fipronil,tetradifon tedion and bromophos)were detected and the concentration were 3.0~11.1 μg·kg-1. The results indicated that this method is satisfactory for monitering 58 pesticides in edible fungi.
