交联壳聚糖树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中镉的脱除研究

摘要:
以壳聚糖为原料,分别添加不同量的茶多糖、硝酸铈铵及氯化锌,制备壳聚糖(CTS)、壳聚糖铈(CTS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖铈(CTS-TPS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖(CTS-TPS)和壳聚糖锌(CTS-Zn)等5种不同类型的树脂。研究这些树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中重金属Cd的脱除作用,并分析其对蛋白质、氨基酸、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)及镁(Mg)等有益成分的影响。结果表明,CTS-Zn树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中的Cd的脱除率达80%以上,对蛋白质、氨基酸及人体有益的微量元素如Fe、Zn、Ca和Mg等影响较小。
