培养条件对白腐菌分泌漆酶的影响

摘要:
以7株白腐菌为研究材料,通过对漆酶活力的平板检验和培养白腐菌的碳源、氮源和初始pH值的初步筛选,找到产漆酶的菌株,并摸索出漆酶产量较高的培养条件.结果表明,(1)裂褶菌没有产生漆酶;(2)碳源对白腐菌产漆酶活力的影响,由高到低为葡萄糖、麸皮、淀粉、玉米粉、果糖和甘露糖;(3)氮源对白腐菌产漆酶活力的影响,由高到低是蛋白胨、黄豆粉、酵母膏、氯化铵、硫酸铵和硝酸钾;(4)初始pH值对白腐菌产漆酶活力的影响,由高到低是5.0、5.5、4.6、4.2、3.8、6.0和7.0.

Abstract:
In this paper,seven kinds of white-rot fungus were used to test the activities of laccase.Plating culture of white-rot fungus was done,and carbon sources,nitrogen sources and pH value of white-rot fungus were optimized.Higher laccase activity of white-rot fungus and suitable conditions were found.The results showed that:(1)There was no laccase in Schizophyllum commune;(2)Different carbon sources affected laccase activity from high to low were glucose,bran,starch,corn flour,fructose,and mannitose,respectivel...
