黄毛耳草总黄酮提取与纯化工艺的研究

摘要:
用L9(34)正交试验设计研究黄毛耳草总黄酮的提取工艺.结果表明,最佳工艺为用体积12倍70%的乙醇提取2次,每次1.5 h.选用NKA-9极性大孔树脂纯化总黄酮,并且用pH为5的水淋洗除去多糖,最后所得总黄酮含量为43.1%.

Abstract:
The extraction technology of total flavone compounds in Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae was studied by using L9(34)orthogonal experiment design in this paper.The optimum extraction technology was to extract flavones compounds for 1.5 h with 70% ethanol,which was twelve times of volume as large as the weight of the Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae,and extracting 2 times.NKA-9 type resin was chosen to purify total flavone compounds,and polysaccharid was removed by washing with water(pH5).Finally,total flavone comp...
