水稻Ds插入易倒伏突变体的形态和生理鉴定

摘要:
为了从形态学和生理学角度初步分析水稻Ds插入突变体出现倒伏的可能原因,继而为进一步开展水稻倒伏相关基因的功能研究提供参考,比较了该突变体与野生型在株高、茎上各主要节间的长度、粗度、茎壁厚、叶鞘厚度以及根、茎、叶片、叶鞘、穗和稃片中纤维素和硅含量的差异.结果显示,易倒伏突变体各主要器官中纤维素含量均明显下降,硅在各器官中的分配方式也出现不同于野生型的变化.研究表明,各器官中纤维素含量下降引起的植株机械强度减弱可能是导致突变体易于倒伏的主要原因.
