虹鳟4个品系的形态变异及判别分析

摘要:
采用多元统计分析方法,利用11个可量可数性状对美国虹鳟、美国金鳟、芬兰虹鳟及渤海虹鳟4个品系间的形态变异进行研究.结果表明,采用主成分分析法,构建了11个主成分,对其中累计贡献率达78.88%的5个主成分进行分析,第1主成分受2个性状AA/BL和AD/BL的影响,贡献率为26.75%;第2主成分受2个性状ED/BL和SL/BL的影响,贡献率为19.63%;第3主成分受3个性状BH/BL、HW/BL和PF/BL的影响,贡献率为15.89%;聚类分析法表明美国虹鳟和美国金鳟形态最相近,其次与芬兰虹鳟相似;利用判别分析法建立4种虹鳟鱼的判别函数,判别准确率为75%;多元方差分析表明,4品系虹鳟鱼在所选的11个性状上的变异显著(P<0.05).

Abstract:
