低温胁迫对6种彩叶藤本植物抗寒性生理指标的影响

摘要:
为研究引种彩叶藤本植物抗寒适应性,以1年生离体枝条为试材,测定不同低温处理叶片的电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA) 和游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性.结果表明,低温胁迫下6种藤本植物叶片的相对电导率比对照有所增加,拟合Logistic方程得出6种藤本植物半致死温度(LT50);不同低温胁迫下可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量随着温度的降低而上升;低温胁迫叶片内的丙二醛(MDA)含量大于对照;金边扶芳藤和金边常春藤的脯氨酸含量随着温度的降低而上升,而其他4种藤本植物的脯氨酸含量随温度的降低呈现先升高后降低的趋势;各低温胁迫的6种藤本植物的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照.根据隶属函数法,求出隶属函数值,判定6种彩叶藤本植物抗寒性强弱的排序为:金边常春藤>金边扶芳藤>银边扶芳藤>花叶扶芳藤>花叶蔓长春>金脉忍冬.

Abstract:
The relative electrolyte leakage percentage,the content of soluble sucrose,soluble protein,MDA,proline and the activities of SOD,CAT of one-year cutting branches of six leaf-colored climbing shrub species were determined after treatments of low temperature.The results indicated that the relative electrical conductivity of the leaves had a slight increase,and the semi-lethal temperature(LT50)of six species could be calculated according to the Logistic equation.The soluble protein and soluble sucrose content ...
