喜树内生真菌的分离及其抗肿瘤活性菌株的筛选

摘要:
以中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO细胞)株作为模型,用Resazurin法检测生长抑制率,对197株喜树内生真菌次生代谢产物进行体外抗肿瘤活性试验.结果发现,不同采集部位及不同地理环境分离出的菌株抗肿瘤活性有明显差异,其中以树皮中分离出的内生真菌具有抗肿瘤活性的比例最高.从采集的地理位置分析,由安徽黄山标本所分离的内生真菌抗肿瘤活性菌株比例高于其他2个采集地点.1株从黄山喜树果实上分离的菌株对CHO细胞的抑制率超过50%,初步鉴定为Rhizopycnis属真菌.

Isolation of endophytic fungi from Camptotheca acuminate and screening test for strains of antitumor activity

Abstract:
A resazurin cytotoxity assay model with Chinese hamster ovary(CHO) cells was employed to study antitumor activity of secondary metabolites of 197 endophytic fungi strains isolated from C.acuminata.The results show that the strains isolated from different parts and different geographic origins have significant different effects.Proportion of antitumor strains isolated from bark is the highest,on the other hand,proportion of antitumor strains isolated from Huangshan Mountain is also much higher.One strain isolated from fruit of C.acuminate in Huangshan Mountain can inhibit more than 50% CHO cells.It is identified as Rhizopycnis by preliminary appraisal.
