松茸发酵物中活性成分的提取与作用的研究

摘要:
采用松茸深层液体发酵生产,经丙酮乙醚萃取法提取其中抗癌的有效成分松茸多糖,并对其中活性成分松茸多糖进行了抑菌和抗癌试验.结果表明,该物质有明显的抑菌和抗癌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径最大为31 mm,对S-180、B16和肝癌细胞的抑制率分别为47.7%、75.4%和80.6% .

Extraction and test of active metabolites from Tricholoma matsutake

Abstract:
The active substance(polysaccharide) of liquid submerged fermentative production was extracted from Tricholoma matsutake.For further development and utilization of polysaccharide,the experiments of this active substance on bacteriostasis and antitumor were conducted.The result indicates that the polysaccharide has significant effects against bacteriostasis and cancer cells of the liver.The maximum diameter of inhibition zone against Staphyloccus aureus reachs 31 mm,its inhibition rates to S-180,B16 and cancer cells are 47.7%,75.4% and 80.6%,respectively.
