7株细脚拟青霉代谢物中抗真菌活性物质的初步研究

摘要:
以1种霉菌为指示菌,采用薄层色谱法对7株细脚拟青霉发酵的代谢产物进行抑菌活性试验.根据抑菌圈大小判定代谢物抑菌活性的大小,从而筛选出高活性菌株.同时以致病菌白色念珠菌为指示菌,采用牛津杯法对筛选出的菌株进行了进一步抑菌活性验证, 确认了RCEF0969菌株具有较高的抑制真菌的活性,其薄层色谱法的抑菌圈直径为22.65 mm.

Preliminary report on anti-fungi activity of metabolites from seven Paecilomyecs tenuipes strains

Abstract:
An anti-fungi TLC assay was employed to screen antimicrobial metabolites from the selected entomogenous fungi strains of Paecilomyces tenuipes. Meanwhile, an anti- Candida. albicans Oxford Cup assay was made to confirm their anti-fungal activities. The results revealed that the strain RCEF0969 of Paecilomyces tenuipes has the strongest anti-fungi activity with a 22.65 mm diameter of inhibition zone.
