涝渍胁迫对枫杨幼苗保护酶活性及膜脂过氧化物的影响

摘要:
以耐水湿潜力较强、中等及较弱的3个枫杨种源为试材,测定苗龄为180 d的枫杨叶片的膜保护酶系统的SOD、POD与根系中的ADH含量,以及膜脂过氧化产物MDA积累与叶绿素降解率.结果表明,在淹水胁迫72 h后,3个种源SOD活性下降40.7%,POD活性下降64.2%,ADH活性上升327.1%;MDA积累量增加120.9%,叶绿素含量平均比对照下降36.2%;种源间变化趋势基本一致.

Variations of activities for protecting enzymes and superoxide of lipid membrane in Chinese Wingnut tree seedlings (Pterocarya stenoptera) after flooding treatment

Abstract:
Chinese Wingnut tree provenances with stronger,medium and weaker flooding tolerance were chosen for this flooding experiment. A total of 8 flooding treatments with an interval flooding time from 6 hours to 24 hours were conducted in a conseeutive 72 flooding scheme. Activities of the protective enzymes in the lipid membrane such as SOD, POD in the leaves and ADH in the fresh roots, and superoxide such as MDA, and decomposition of chlorophyll were measured in the 3 provenance seedlings aged by 180 days. After flooding for 72 hours, average of SOD and POD activity decreases by 40. 7% and 64.2% respectively. However, average activity of ADH increases by 327.1%. Simultaneously, the superoxide of MDA increases by 120. 9% and total content of chlorophyll decreases by 36. 2%. There is a similar variation trend for these physiological indicators among the 3 provenances.
