大别山5种黄精属植物叶表皮的初步比较研究

摘要:
利用光镜初步比较研究了大别山区八居群5种黄精属(Polygonatum)植物的叶表皮特征.结果显示,表皮细胞形状、气孔器类型与分布等特征,在黄精属的各种植物之间、同种植物的不同种群、同一种群的不同生境以及同一株植物的不同着生部位的叶上,具有较高一致性.表皮细胞大小和垂周壁的式样、气孔大小、气孔密度、气孔指数等特征在各种间存在一定的差异,可以作为本属种间分类的参考依据.

Comparative investigation on leaf epidermis of five species of Polygonatum from Dabieshan

Abstract:
The leaf epidermis of five species from eight population of Polygonatum Mill.from Dabieshan were studied by using light-microscope.The results show that among the plants of different species of Polygonatum,the plants of the same species from different population and those of the same species from different habitats,the characters of leaf epidermis are fairly similar in the shades of surface cells,the types and position of stomata apparatus,even the leaves from different positions of the same plant show the similar characteristics.But some characters such as the size of surface cells and the pattern of its anticlineal wall,the size of stomas,stomatal density and stomatal index are still different among these species,and these differences could be taken as referential proofs for identification.
