小麦基因组DNA的分离及RAPD反应体系的研究

摘要:
对普通小麦不同部位提取基因组DNA的方法进行分析比较,发现用黄化苗基因组DNA叶片提取的基因组DNA的质量和浓度均较好,可用于RAPD分析.并对小麦基因组DNA的RAPD反应优化过程中一些重要参数进行了探索、优化试验,建立了随机扩增多态性DNA分析应用反应体系.

Abstract:
The experimental result indicates that gDNA extracted from leaves is better than from seeds by comparing the two gDNA extraction methods in wheat. Based on the genomic DNA extracted form wheat,some essential factors that might affect the result of RAPD analysis was tested and compared, a standard RAPD system was also provided in this research.
