松树泌脂速度对松材线虫病的抗性影响

摘要:
依据松树不同树种、树龄、树势对松材线虫病的抗性差异,分别进行了树干泌脂速度的测定与分析.结果表明,在不同的树种中,松树泌脂速度为火炬松>马尾松>黑松;在马尾松不同的树龄中,幼龄林>老龄林;在马尾松不同树势中,树势强>树势中等>树势弱.依据已知的树种、树龄、树势与松材线虫病的抗性关系,泌脂速度与松材线虫病的发病程度正好呈负相关性.因此,树干泌脂速度或树脂含量可能是评价松树对松材线虫病抗性的重要性状之一.在今后的松材线虫病防治中,应注意选择树脂含量高的树种和品种;或通过栽培管理措施增加树脂含量,以提高树木的抗病性.

Effects of resistance of resin excretive speed of plant on pine wood nematode

Abstract:
According to the resistant difference of pine wood nematode caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in different species,ages and vigor of pines,the excretive speed of resin was determined respectively in this paper.The results showed that the orders of resin excreting speed for those pines were Pinus taeda>P.massoniana>P.thunbergii in different species of pines;resin excreting speed of younger pine is quicker than that of older pine and strong growth potential one is quicker than that of weak growth potential on P.massoniana.This indicated that the resin excreting speed of pines was negatively correlated with disease resistance to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus.So the speed of resin-excreting-speed or content of resin of pine may be an important character on disease resistance to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,and the pine with full resin could be selected and the productive measure for raised tree vigor or resin content should be taken in the future to prevent the disease.
