40株虫生真菌发酵液对白色念珠菌的抑制作用

摘要:
以白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)作为模型菌株,采用杯碟法对40株虫生真菌液体发酵后的代谢产物进行抑菌活性试验,从而筛选出与高活性抑菌代谢产物相对应的菌株.结果表明,古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii)RCEF0866、RCEF0857菌株、斜链拟青霉(Paecilomyces sp.)RCEF0189菌株、多形白僵菌(Baeuveria amorpha)RCEF0285菌株、绿色野村菌(Nomuraea prasina)RCEF0879菌株经液体发酵产生的代谢产物具有较强的抑制白色念珠菌活性,其抑菌圈直径分别为17.28、16.59、17.07、15.66和22.78 mm.

Effects of Metabolites from 40 Entomogenous Fungi Strains on Anti Candida albicans Activities

Abstract:
Anti Candida albicans disc assay was employed to screen antimicrobial metabolites from the selected entomogenous fungi strains. The result demonstrates that the metabolites of some strains such as Paecilomyces gunii RCEF0866,RCEF0857,Paecilomyces sp. RCEF0189,Baeuveria bassiana RCEF0285 and Nomuraea prasina RCEF0879 have significant anti Candida.albicans activities and their diameter of inhibition zone are 17.28 mm,16.59 mm,17.07 mm,15.66 mm and 22.78 mm,respectively.
