柞蚕丝素粉的制取

摘要:
对比分析了柞蚕茧经二次脱胶法脱胶,不同浓度的CaCl2溶液、稀HCl和稀NaOH溶液分别溶解相同质量的脱胶丝素制得丝素粉的方法.脱胶丝素在稀的强酸和强碱中所得丝素粉较少,原因是在加热过程中脱胶丝素降解为氨基酸,使得盐析的沉淀少, 丝素粉的制取率低,而50%左右的CaCl溶液是制取丝素粉的最佳浓度.从经济实用考虑,采用较便宜的CaCl2作为溶剂,可大大节省生产成本,符合生产的要求.

Fibroin Powder Preparation from Cocoon Shells of Antheraea peryni

Abstract:
The scouring methods (two steps) with different concentrations of CaCl_2,dilute acid and dilute alkali for preparation of fibroin powder from the equivalent quality of souring fibroin were carried out and compared.The results show that degradation of souring fibroin into amino acid in dilute acid,dilute alkali and heating environment significantly reduces the production of fibroin powder.The optimum concentration of CaCl_2 is 50%.
