女贞光合作用特性的研究

摘要:
利用751分光光度计测定女贞树冠的阳面、阴面、上面和下面4个方位在不同生长季节叶绿素a,b和叶绿素总量.应用LI-6400红外气体分析仪测定女贞4个不同树冠部位,不同生长季节中净光合速率日进程和季节变化.采用多元统计分析,得出净光合速率与光强、温度和相对湿度等环境因子之间的相关关系,找出不同条件下影响净光合速率的主导因子,分析了不同方位及冠层对净光合速率的影响.

The Photosynthetic Characteristics of Ligustrum lucidum

Abstract:
Ligustrum lucidum is one of the common tree species for gardening in China.The previous study on photosynthetic characteristics of this species was reported rarely. We conducted an experiment to examine net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and the concentrations of gross chlorophyll(C_r),chlorophyll a(C_a) and b(C_b).The results showed that the concentration of C_r,C_a and C_b varied with the seasons over a year and positions of leaves within the crown. The C_r of the leaves in growing flouring season was higher than that in the end of growing season than in initial growing season, which was relative to the seasonal variation of Pn.The daily variations of Pn were single-peaked curve in the flouring growing season that indicated the noon photosynthetic depression. There were not significant differences in Pn among the positions of leaves within the crown. Temperature and relative humidity were the controlling factors on Pn in initial growing season, temperature was a limited factor of Pn in the flouring growing season, and photon density was a controlling factor on Pn.
