家蚕蚕卵超氧化物歧化酶初步研究

摘要:
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳研究蚕卵超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的初步性质,利用SOD抑制氮蓝四唑(NBT)光还原反应测定了蚕卵SOD酶学活力,并研究了不同抑制剂对蚕卵SOD活性的影响.结果表明,4个供试蚕品种蚕卵SOD同工酶都有1条主带;蚕卵中SOD同工酶有Mn-SOD、CuZn-SOD 2种类型,以Mn-SOD为主,CuZn-SOD次之;不同品种之间蚕卵SOD酶学活力相近,同工酶主带一致,副带略有差异.

Preliminary Study on Superoxide Dismutase in Eggs of Silkworm

Abstract:
The activity of superoxide dismutase in silkworm eggs was determined by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and NBT light reducing reaction.The results indicated that the SOD isozyme exhibited a main bright superoxide dismutase band and several dark bands in the gel.Its activity could be strongly inhibited by chloroform-ethanol and slightly inhibited by H_2O_2.So it could be considered that the Mn-SOD exhibited the main activity of superoxide dismutase in the silkworm eggs.
