转基因抗虫棉植株浸渍液防治分月扇舟蛾研究初报

摘要:
将转基因抗虫棉植株制成浸渍液,对蚌埠市当地柳树上的重要害虫分月扇舟蛾Clostera anastomosis(Linnaeus)3龄幼虫进行了系列防效试验.结果表明:用100 g鲜叶渣加60 mL水及30 g干叶粉加60 mL水配制的浸渍液在室内实验中,其杀虫效果均显著,2 h后虫口死亡率分别达93.3%、100%.用1 000 g干叶粉加水5 000 mL和1 000 g棉籽粉加水5 000 mL配制的浸渍液在野外柳树上的对比防治试验中,也取得较好的防治效果,5 d后的防效依次为76%和88%.

Preliminary Report of Steeps from Insect Resistant Transgenic Cotton for Controlling Clostera anastomosis

Abstract:
By rinsing, airing, comminuting, soaking, squeezing and filtrating the leaves, stems, roots and seeds from insect resistant transgenic cotton, the steeps were prepared.Experiments for controlling 3~(rd) instar larvae of Clostera anastomosis were conducted.The results showed that the steeps from 100 g fresh leaves dregs with 60 mL water and 30 g dry leaves powder with 60 mL water had good results on Clostera anastomosis control with mortalities of 93.3 % and 100%, respectively, in 2 hours. The mortalities of Clostera anastomosis were 76 % and 88%, respectively, in 5 days by the field willow treated with the steeps from 1000 g dry leaves powder with 5000 mL water and 1000g seed powder with 5000 mL water, respectively.
