| 本试验以5只SD雌性大鼠为研究对象，采用原们杂交技术研究了大鼠消化道长型Leptin（瘦素）受体mRNA的表达及其分布。结果表明，长型Leptin受体mRNA在大鼠胃和十二指肠的粘膜及粘膜下层组织中广泛,从而证明了在大鼠消化道存在长型Leptin受体。 |

| Expression of the long form Leptin receptor mRNA in digestive tract were studied by use of hybridization in situ in 5 SD female rats. The results showed that long form Leptin receptor mRNA was widely expressed in the mucosas and submucosas of stomach and duodenum of rats.The present data suggested that there are long form Leptin receptors in digestive tract of rats,and may provide morphological basis for studying the biological mechanism of Leptin and Leptin receptor. |
