一种虫草无性型营养缺陷型的诱变筛选

古尼虫草小孢变种(Cordyceps gunnii var. minor)的无性型古尼拟青霉小孢变种(Paecilomyces gunnii var.minor)G106菌株用两次紫外线处理法进行诱变,可使突变率增加4倍,对其中两株生长较好的定变株进行鉴定,结果为蛋氨酸缺陷型和亮氨酸缺陷型,稳定性检验结果表明这两株缺陷型均可作为原生质体融合时具有遗传标记的融合亲本。

Abstract:
Conidium suspension of G106 was treated with UV twice,the mutation rate increased by 4 times Two mutant strains that grew better than others were selected and were identified as met - and leu - respectively. Stability experiments showed that the 2 strains were stable and were used as parents of genetic marker for proplast fusion.
