不同遗传型烟草苗期农艺性状、生化特性比较分析

摘要:
对11个不同遗传型烟草移栽期烟苗株高,叶片数,生物学产量有其地上,地下部分的分配量进行调查,并测定这些材料的过氧化物酶活力,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活力、水溶性蛋白质和PH值,结果表明,除PH值外,所有指标在不同遗传型烟苗间都存在较大的差异,香料烟苗期生长速度显著快于烤烟,烤烟品种苗期的过氧化物酶活力低于香料烟,并且品种的差异性也较小,普通烟草品种的PH值与过氧化物酶活力呈显著正相关关系(r=0.6577)。

Comparisons of Agronomic and Biochemical Characteristics among Various Genotypes in Tobacco Seedling

Abstract:
Tobacco seedlings of eleven genotypes were investigated for the characteristics of agronomy and biochemistry, including height of plant, numbers of leaves, biological products, activities of POD and PAL, protein and pH of seedling leaves.There were marked differences among genotypes for all the characteristics except pH value of seedling leaves.Oriental tobacco varieties had higher growth speeds and POD activities than flue cured tobacco varieties,and the former.The pH values had positive correlation with the POD activities, r=0 6577 and significant at 0 05 level.
